We recently hosted a baby shower for our niece at Simply Nourished in Mason City. It was a wonderful experience! We were all able to gather around their large table for a yummy lunch which included chicken salad sandwiches and fresh fruit. And the most amazing bars for dessert... the cranberry shortbread were the best. The manager and staff were very helpful and accommodated our every need. After lunch we gathered around the sofa and chairs and opened gifts. It was a delightful afternoon! Before we left we all did a little shopping and found cute gifts for Valentines Day, fun little kitchen gadgets, and note pads. This place is a gem for Mason City!

What a neat shop just off of Central Park in downtown Mason City! We enjoyed exploring the store, not only for its many food, beverage, and condiment options, but also talking with the owner, who was very helpful and welcoming. You can get basic staples, as well as grab-and-go meals and sauces/oils. North Iowa is fortunate to have Simply Nourished; stores like these aren't found in many communities this size, and I hope that many people will shop here and rent the commercial kitchen space!

This is a fantastic addition to Mason City’s downtown! I stopped in for the first time recently to grab a quick bite for lunch. I had the jackfruit salad (which I thought was better than chicken salad) and a ginger kombucha drink. The place, the selection and the people are great! I can’t wait to go back when I have more time.
